Following the introductory speech about Henty Kissinger and his idea of the notion of artificial intelligence in the future given by Dragan Bisenić, we learned about the author’s pessimistic positions and gloomy forecasts of the 21th century reality where robots and machines will be multiplying themselves rather than being manufactured by humans.
Master of organizational sciences Branislav Vujović – expert for digital era asked what was happening to us and stated that the humankind does not understand the digital world sufficiently. He further quoted Giannis Varoufakis (renowned economist and former Greek Minister of Finance), who claims that capitalism will not succumb to socialism, but to techno-feudalism. Vujović emphasizes that major platforms will gain total power of the planet – power and the market, with artificial intelligence as but one of technologies used.
