Lampe su načinjene od legendarne vrste „jasperware“ Vedžvudove keramike. U pitanju je neglazirana keramika plave boje ukrašena belim kameo figuricama nastalim po uzoru na starogrčke i rimske vaze. S donje strane nalazi se pečat sa natpisom: WEDGWOOD ETRURIA ENGLAND.

The lamps are made of the legendary “jasperware” Wedgwood ceramics. This is blue unglazed ceramics decorated with white cameo figures designed after ancient Greek and Roman vases. On the bottom, there is a seal with the inscription: WEDGWOOD ETRURIA ENGLAND.
The frieze on the architrave beam is decorated with alternation of embossed floral motifs, anthropomorphous figures, and angels. The base colour of portal, the pillars, and the architrave is royal blue, with gilt elements in woodwork, and this daring combination (of royal blue and golden colours) not only exudes luxury and sophistication but also creates a striking contrast which captures attention. Provocative but elegant, the door adds an elements of luxury to the interior.

Wedgwood. Il s’agit d’une céramique mate, non émaillée, de couleur bleue, ornée
de camées blancs inspirés des vases de la Grèce et de la Rome antiques.
Sous la base figure l’estampille : WEDGWOOD ETRURIA ENGLAND.
